Since 4 years I am now lecturing Project and Change Management at the University Ludwigshafen. And as I am convinced that learning happens in the best case by doing something in reality I ask the students to conduct a „real“ project as a project team - and not creating a concept only. Recently I was asked to tell about THE critical success factor for project managers from my point of view. Die Wunderfrage – auch im Change Workshop

Im systemischen Ansatz gibt es die Wunderfrage. Sie lautet: „Was wäre, wenn Sie morgen aufwachen und über Nacht ein Wunder geschehen ist und alle Probleme gelöst sind?“ Ich finde diese Frage im Change-Umfeld klasse, da sich damit neue Sichtweisen eröffnen.
